Estabar on Newcastle Beach is seeking a chef to join our team. You will cook and prepare food at pace in a high-volume, rapid-paced kitchen, working with a tight knit crew that values a positive culture.
We value passion for whole foods and working with local producers and farmers. The role offers 3–4 days a week (20–25 hours) with no split shifts and days-only scheduling. Input in seasonal menu changes is encouraged as part of our team-oriented team.
