Front of House Staff — Recent Japanese Restaurant, Fish Lane

Nitō is a new Japanese grill opening in Fish Lane, South Brisbane, from the team behind Clarence.

We’re looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our opening team.

Nitō is a 60-seat restaurant built around Japanese cooking, Queensland produce, charcoal grilling, great wine, sake and highballs. The restaurant will be busy and energetic, but with a relaxed and thoughtful style of service.

We’re looking for people who:

Have experience working in quality restaurants or bars

Are warm, confident and genuinely enjoy looking after people

Care about food, wine and hospitality

Are reliable, organised and work well as part of a small team





Want to learn and contribute to a current restaurant from the beginning

Knowledge of Japanese food, sake or wine is great, but not essential. We’re much more interested in good hospitality people who are curious and want to learn.
