Customer Service Advisor required for an Automotive Smash Repairer. The role requires you to be a vital link between customers and our staff. Your job will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing relationships, resolving complaints, and facilitating communication throughout the vehicle repair process.

Key responsibilities
Acting as the primary contact for customers having vehicles repaired and providing updates
Developing and maintaining solid, long-term relationships with clients
Handling enquiries and managing bookings
Processing orders, invoices, and payments as well as other administration support required
Liaising between customers and management to determine repair timelines
Managing a mix of phone, email, and face-to-face interaction

About you
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers, staff, and management
A robust understanding of the automotive industry would be preferred
Ability to empathize and build trust with clients
Competence in using specialized automotive computer software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
