What You’ll Be Doing Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of properties or body corporate portfolios
Responding to client, tenant and owner enquiries
Coordinating maintenance, leasing and general administration
Maintaining records, processing documentation and updating systems
Supporting meetings, compliance requirements and portfolio operations
Developing the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility

What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate, leasing, administration or a customer-focused role is beneficial
Robust organisation and attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable using computer systems and managing competing priorities
Genuine interest in building a career in property or strata
