Kraft Heinz is seeking a Maintenance Lead at our Northgate site in Brisbane to own maintenance systems and drive reliability, safety and performance. You will lead planned maintenance, reduce downtime, coordinate shutdowns and mentor shift teams within a rapid-paced FMCG workplace.

This role requires CMMS experience (Mainpac or SAP), GMP/FMCG maintenance background, and robust planning, analytical and leadership capabilities in a site-based setting.
