Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Pharmacist Advanced Team Leader for Sexual Health & HIV Service to lead and develop the PrEP pharmacy model of care. This is a temporary part time project role within a multidisciplinary team to implement statewide telehealth PrEP services.

You will provide advanced clinical leadership, build workflows, and mentor pharmacists and students, contributing to patient outcomes and service innovation.
