Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales and high-volume stock across a specialist area. You’ll manage a team of 20+ and work with Service, Inside the Home and other departments, reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.

You will monitor customer service levels, develop the team, and drive Best Experience through training, safety leadership and robust stock and merchandising practices. Weekend work is required.
