Regis Home Care in Melbourne’s western suburbs seeks a Client Services Manager to lead personalised home care plans, building trusted relationships with clients to support independence and safety in their own homes.

You will assess needs, develop person-centred plans and coordinate with clinical experts and Home Support Workers to deliver consistent, compassionate care for eligible clients. A Diploma is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.
