ALH Hotels is seeking an Assistant Manager for Norfolk Tavern on the Gold Coast. You will lead a busy hospitality team, partner with venue leaders, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across bar, bistro and gaming spaces.

This hands-on role requires physical duties, a proactive mindset, and solid people skills to represent the pub when leadership is away. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers licences are essential.
