About the Role

As an HRIS Pre-Sales Consultant, you will drive enterprise software sales for our growing SaaS platform. You will engage with mid-market organisations, understand their HR and payroll challenges, and demonstrate how Martian Logic solves them through our integrated, AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do
Conduct pre-sales discovery with prospects across education, health, care and enterprise sectors
Present product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and pain points
Work closely with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline




Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify opportunities to position our Australian compliance capabilities and AI features

What We're Looking For
Proven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software
Robust understanding of HRIS, HR operations or payroll systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical features into business value
Experience working across mid-market segments, ideally education, health or care

What We Offer
Permanent full time position with competitive OTE Package between $180,000 and $230,000 per annum
10 days of personal/carer's leave per 12 months of continuous service
Parental leave entitlements including 2 weeks paid leave from birth of child
