Key Responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations and deliver strong financial outcomes across UniLodge Melbourne Central.
Lead and mentor the property team to ensure portfolio performance, compliance, and service excellence.
Manage the property in line with the Operating Agreement and ensure all associated KPIs are met.
Create a safe, connected, and inclusive environment that supports student wellbeing and satisfaction.
Drive marketing, occupancy, and compliance initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Let’s Talk About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
Valid Agent's Representative Certificate/Estate Agent Licence (VIC)
Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with relevant property legislation,
including the Residential Tenancies Act.
Proven leadership experience managing frontline teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
