We are seeking an organised, hands-on and proactive Administrator to support our busy maintenance department.

We’re an established heavy equipment business in the mining and resources sector, and we need a sharp Administrator to keep our workshop, service and project teams moving.

No two days are the same. One minute you’re setting up a recent workshop job, the next you’re chasing a part, getting a crew mobilised to site or closing out costings. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps it all accurate, on time and under control.

What you’ll do
Set up, cost and close out workshop jobs in our ERP system
Raise POs and requisitions, and chase parts, suppliers and backorders
Reconcile invoices and keep work-in-progress (WIP) accurate
Manage the payroll process for the workshop and service teams
Get service crews site-ready: inductions, medicals, licences, VOCs and training




Keep safety paperwork, freight and site documents in order

What you’ll bring
3+ years in workshop, site, project or operations admin
ERP experience (SAP, Pronto or similar highly regarded)
A positive grip on job costing, POs and WIP
Sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers
The drive to juggle priorities and follow things through
Current Australian driver’s licence
