This position is responsible for delivering outstanding quality repairs and a high level of customer service to our valued customers as per company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Appliance Technician role includes:
Diagnosing faults
Repairing faults
Organising replacement parts
Managing administration generated by this role
Generating future sales by pro-actively seeking opportunities on-site with customers

Experience and Qualifications




Relevant qualifications and/or hands-on experience in repairing household appliances
Very familiar in navigating Sydney's roads

Skills and requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic appliance repair and maintenance
Ability to work unsupervised
A adaptable, persuasive communicator
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Able to work successfully in a team workplace to achieve results
Demonstrate the ability to sell and cross-sell
Skilled at diffusing emotional customers
Experienced in working with top quality brands
Skilled at diagnosing problems and finding solutions
Skilled with using electronic media and communication
Computer literate
Current valid Australian driver's licence required
Full Australian working rights essential
