Job Description

Wellways Australia is recruiting a compassionate Vocational Coach for the Carer Gateway Vocational Pathway Program in Cairns. You will support carers to achieve employment and volunteer goals by delivering individual coaching and tailored plans.

You will conduct needs assessments, create vocational pathways, and provide ongoing post-placement support while connecting carers to community services and resources to meet broader needs.
