Location: Perth (SoR), WA

Key Responsibilities:
Exercise total day-to-day site supervision from early works to Practical Completion.
Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, plant, and material deliveries across work fronts.
Maintain construction programmes, trade sequencing, and critical path milestones.
Enforce strict site safety protocols, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.
Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, client reps, and local authorities.

What You'll Bring:
Proven Site Manager track record with recognized commercial builders.
Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects in the $30m-$50m range.
Exceptional trade coordination, structural oversight, and site leadership skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Construction Code and WA safety standards.




Relevant tertiary degree or trade qualification, White Card, and full WA working rights.
