The Senior Educator has primary responsibility for providing a nurturing, secure setting for the children and providing appropriate daily experiences.
What you'll do
Lead the planning, delivery and documentation of your room's program
Mentor and coach educators, modelling best practice every day
Build strong partnerships with families
Own room routines, ratios, health and safety
Work with the Educational Leader and Centre Manager to meet and exceed the National Quality Standard
What you'll bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
At least 2 years' experience, ideally leading a room
A valid Queensland Blue Card
Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
Confidence with the EYLF, NQF and documentation
