ISS Facility Services Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor / HSEQ Lead for a Fly-In-Fly-Out 8:6 roster from Perth Airport to support high-risk sites. You will implement and continuously improve the HSE Management System, lead investigations, and provide expert guidance to site teams.

You will report to the HSE Manager, ensure statutory compliance, develop risk controls, and drive proactive safety performance across operations.
