In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a range of clinical settings, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients./n

Key Responsibilities/n

About you

/n To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience working in a Hospital setting

/n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

/n
Minimum 1 Year clinical experience post-grad

/n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

/n
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

/n
Understanding of quality improvement and risk management

/n
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills

/n
Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence

/n
