Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through to placement
Build and win new business, developing your client base and growing your desk
Meet with clients and take a consultative, commercial approach to understanding their hiring needs
Develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients across your market
Attend networking events, client meetings and BROOK functions to build your presence and profile
Skills & Experience
Background in sales, BD, recruitment or HR with the commercial drive to succeed in a results-focused environment
Confident, direct and strong with people at every level
Proactive and self-directed, with a track record of creating and closing opportunities
Resilient and competitive, with genuine hunger to grow your earnings and your market
A natural relationship builder who moves fast and follows through
