Cresta is hiring a Founding Conversational Designer for APAC to shape how we deliver conversational AI solutions across the region. You will design and deploy AI conversation models powering real-time coaching and agent assistance for voice and chat experiences.
You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with ML, data science, engineering, product, and customer success, and help scale delivery frameworks while partnering with North America to expand Cresta's presence in international markets.
