Responsible for employing over 600 staff throughout Australia, this business is seeking experienced Site Managers due to project awards and business growth.

Roles

There are multiple roles available that may involve delivering the below projects:
Retail Complex in South-Eastern suburbs - $50M project
Heavy Refurbishment in Melbourne CBD - $20M project
Complex Fitout in Inner Eastern suburbs - $10M project
Complex Fitout in Melbourne CBD - $15M project

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, your responsibilities day to day will include:
Coordinating relevant subcontractors, stakeholders, consultants and deliveries




Conducting pre-start/toolbox talks and doing safety walks
Ensuring all OH&S; safety measures and procedures are being upheld
Quality assurance
Resolving any potential disputes that may arise in office

Requirements
5+ years of SiteManagement headcontractor experience
Previous experience delivering Fitout/Refurbishment project in excess of $10M heavily favorable
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Unlimited Australian working rights
