Empire Holdings Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in a permanent full time role. You will prepare and cook dishes to specifications, supervise junior staff, and help manage stock and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, has at least 2 years in a quick-paced kitchen, and demonstrates solid teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
