Shorehouse Townsville (Kelaidan Pty Ltd) is a busy waterfront venue on The Strand. We are seeking hard-working chefs and cooks to join a boutique hospitality group in North Queensland, with emphasis on staff culture and pride in product.

The role focuses on Asian grazing-style cuisine with both a-la-carte and set menu options. Must be willing to relocate to North Queensland and work in a high-volume kitchen workplace.
