What is unique about you?
You have at least 4 years of experience across HR or people and culture
You’re ready to take the next step and grow into a broader HR leadership role
You’re confident, personable, and naturally build strong relationships




You love working with people and genuinely care about creating a positive workplace
You’re comfortable advising managers and navigating different personalities
You’re organised, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves
You bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to suggest a better way of doing things
You’re approachable, down-to-earth, and bring great energy to the team

A snapshot of your role…
Become the go-to person for all things HR across the business
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on people matters
Manage recruitment from initial brief through to offer
Create a brilliant onboarding experience for recent starters
Support managers with day-to-day HR advice and guidance
Coordinate performance reviews, employee development and HR initiatives
Help shape a positive, engaging and inclusive workplace culture
Review and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
