Datacom is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in the Gosford area of Current South Wales, Australia. You will provide End User Services to Datacom's customers, including hardware deployment, break/fix support, remote assistance, software deployment, and relocation services.
Eligibility requires Australian citizenship. You'll work to ensure high customer satisfaction, manage equipment deployment readiness, and maintain records in the ITSM tool while meeting SLA commitments.
