We're partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing a period of growth and transformation, seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their People & Culture team on a 12-month project-based contract.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver learning initiatives that build capability, support leadership development and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate engaging learning programs and workshops
Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide solutions
Develop blended learning content across multiple delivery channels
Support change and transformation projects through learning interventions
Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

About You You will bring:
Experience across learning design, facilitation and program delivery
Solid stakeholder engagement and influencing skills




Experience supporting leadership development and organisational capability
Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices
Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

Salary of $120,000 - $140,000 + Super depending on experience
