Aruma is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Clinical Practice and Governance Unit in NSW. You will conduct clinical assessments for participants with complex health needs and provide guidance to staff on health support practices.

You will advocate for protected healthcare access, contribute to quality improvement, and mentor future RNs within the unit, while aligning with NDIS compliance and trauma-informed care principles.
