We’re looking for energetic, professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Kotara store.
The Opportunity /n
As a Shaver Shop Brand Ambassador, you’ll create genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice.
/n
Whether you already have experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering, haircare or hospitality—or simply have a passion for grooming and customer service—you’ll receive training to build strong specialist product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

Relevant experience: Experience in haircare, barbering, cosmetics, premium hospitality or retail will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing /n

Building robust customer relationships and providing informed product advice.
/n
Conducting demonstrations across our grooming, hair removal and personal care ranges.
/n
Developing and maintaining solid product knowledge through our training platform.
/n
Staying informed about new products, promotions and upcoming events.
/n
Maintaining high standards across stock, displays and demonstration models.
/n
Contributing to store performance and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
/n
