In this guest-facing role, you will deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences, ensuring every meal is presented with care, served with professionalism, and reflects the luxury standards of Sofitel.
Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guestsProvide prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing, and timely tray/trolley clearance.Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished mannerMaintain a clean, organised and welcoming environmentAssist with tray set up, floor check and delivering amenitiesSupport opening and closing duties as required Qualifications About YouHave a valid RSA or be willing to obtain onePrevious experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant workplace is highly desirable.Thoughtful, accurate, and quick on your feet without sacrificing quality.Positive, personable,



and adaptable under pressure.Always ready to jump in and support your team members.Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
