including task tracking and follow-up on actionsMaintain project plans, schedules, and status updates in agreed toolsMaintain resource allocation and staffing plans, including availability, assignments, and forecast demandSurface resource conflicts, gaps, and capacity risks earlyTrack sprint progress, milestones, and key deliverablesPrepare regular status reports covering progress, risks, dependencies, and blockersEscalate risks and blockers with transparent context and proposed actionsMonitor sales pipeline activity and translate opportunities into early resourcing inputsMaintain visibility between pipeline demand and team capacityCoordinate effort estimation inputs with technical leadsTrack scope, staffing needs, and delivery commitmentsIdentify and improve coordination workflows and processesUse AI tools to improve reporting, planning, action tracking, and workflow automationWe're doing work that matters.
