The role is based within a corporate environment and focuses on organisation-wide clinical governance, quality, risk and compliance activities rather than direct resident care or facility-based support.About the RoleAs the Clinical Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, quality improvement and regulatory compliance across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Providing expert clinical governance advice and guidanceSupporting quality, risk management and compliance programsReviewing, developing and maintaining clinical policies, procedures and frameworksMonitoring clinical indicators and quality outcomesSupporting audit, accreditation and regulatory activitiesIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement initiativesInterpreting aged care legislation,
