The Position:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations
Prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals and catering services
Drive food safety, compliance, and workplace health and safety standards
Manage food costs, ordering, stock control, and budget performance
Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members
Build strong relationships with school stakeholders and the wider college community




Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences
The Person
Qualified Chef with relevant trade certification
Previous experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role
Strong people leadership and team development skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
Experience managing budgets, food costs, and operational KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for creating high-quality food and positive customer experiences
