A little taste of your day-to-day
As our Commis Chef, you'll support the Kitchen team across daily food preparation and service, helping us deliver consistently great dining experiences for our guests.
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standardSupporting the kitchen team across preparation and serviceMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environmentFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace proceduresAssisting with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wasteWorking collaboratively with chefs and the wider Food & Beverage teamBringing a positive attitude and willingness to learn every shift




What we're looking for
You'll be someone who:
Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally within a hotel or similar environmentHas a genuine passion for food and hospitalityWorks well as part of a busy, supportive teamHas strong attention to detail and takes pride in their workIs reliable, organised and able to work under pressureHas flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidaysHolds relevant cookery qualifications
