Customer Service Insurance Agents
across inbound and retentions teams.
These roles are ideal for candidates who thrive in rapid-paced contact centre environments, enjoy building strong customer relationships and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
What's on offer?
Immediate start
Location: Sydney CBD, North Sydney
Employment type: 3–6-month temporary assignments, full time work
Hourly rate: $***** p/h + super
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm (roster shifts)
Opportunities to work with established insurance providers
Supportive team environments, including full onboarding and ongoing training
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a busy contact centre environment.
Respond to customer enquiries across multiple insurance products, including home, pet and boat insurance.
Assist customers with policy renewals,



premium enquiries, policy changes and general account maintenance.
Handle retention conversations, identifying opportunities to retain existing customers and reduce policy cancellations.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment - insurance experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer care and the ability to handle difficult conversations confidently.
High attention to detail with a results focused approach
Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are encouraged to apply, provided at least 6 months is left remaining on their visa.
