In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining BBB rental assets to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and in excellent working condition.
You will play a key role in supporting site operations by managing maintenance activities, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.What you'll doCarry out preventative and reactive maintenanceDiagnose faults, perform testing, and coordinate repairsSupervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and efficientlyMaintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standardsManage inventory, parts, and consumablesSupport Village Management with operational requirementsMaintain equipment, yards, and work areas to a high standardAssist with stock control, deliveries, and site logisticsFollow all HSE policies and maintain a protected working environmentBuild positive working relationships with team members and clientsSelection CriteriaExperience working in remote, industrial,



or camp environments (preferred)Previous maintenance experience with plumbing/electricalPrevious experience working with wastewater system (highly regarded)Valid Australian Driver's Licence (minimum Class C; MR/HR desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive and positive attitudeHigh Risk Work Licence (forklift)High level of accuracy and attention to detailFull, unrestricted working rights in AustraliaCurrent National Police ClearanceThe successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
