There is a requirement for a supervisor / site manager for a $4m education refurb in the Gosford area.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on timeLiaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projectsCheck materials delivered to ensure they are correctEnsure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time framesUndertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defectsSolve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frameUndertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe conditionCoordinate trades and clients during maintenance periodBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
