Flinders Medical Centre's Virtual Rehabilitation Ward, part of the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, seeks a Senior Social Worker for a part time contract until June ****.
You will provide specialist social work assessment, intervention and care planning for clients with complex needs to help them remain at home when possible, working within a multidisciplinary team.The role requires an eligible Social Work degree, hospital-based experience, and commitment to high-quality, safe care
