but not requiredWhat to expect from the interview process30-minute video interview – we test for transferrable and core skills30-minute in‐person interview at our Barangaroo office, including a conversation with the Contact Centre Manager about a day in the life of the role, and time for you to ask any questions you haveWorking hours & locationThis is a full‐time, office‐based role at our Barangaroo office, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
