Co-lead the FUNLHN clinical governance structure with the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery: clinical review, morbidity and mortality, incident investigation, antimicrobial stewardship and accreditation.
Recruit, credential, orient and develop all medical officers and contracts — including Rural GP Agreements and fee-for-service arrangements — and own the FUNLHN medical workforce plan and budget.
Lead regional training with universities and metropolitan units, coordinate rotations, and give strategic input to service models under the Clinical Services Capability Framework.
