Sales, Marketing & Technical Service RepresentativeThis is a wide-ranging hands-on role combining sales and marketing with laser calibration, servicing and repair work.
You will work with customers to promote and sell our products and services while also assisting with the calibration, maintenance and repair of construction and surveying laser equipment.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersIdentify and follow up new sales opportunitiesPrepare quotes and follow up on leadsPromote our products and services through phone, email, social media and other marketing channelsAssist with marketing campaigns, promotional material and customer communicationsAttend customer sites, trade shows and industry events where requiredProvide excellent customer service and after-sales supportAssist with the calibration and testing of laser and surveying equipmentDiagnose faults and carry out basic repairs and servicingPerform routine maintenance and quality checksAbout youMotivated,
