appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged CareCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRADemonstrated aged care experience preferredThe ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged careUnderstanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvementExperience in assessments and developing care plansAssess, plan and implement client care within your scopeConsider physical, social and psychological requirementsCreate and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residentsAn understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.Current Police check or willing to apply for one & Australian unrestricted work rightsBenefits & Work CultureAs a purpose led, not-for-profit organisation, our staff's health and wellbeing are important to us.
