INFOMATE PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS – Noble Park North VICINFOMATE PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our growing team in Noble Park North, VIC.

You will work in a supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy directly impact the quality of service we deliver.What you'll be doingPreparing and processing financial records, including ledger entries, journal entries and account reconciliationsAssisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports for clients across various industriesPreparation and lodgement of income tax returns, BAS/IAS/FBT returnsMaintaining accurate and organised client files and accounting recordsPerforming account reconciliations and investigating discrepanciesAssisting with tax compliance matters and preparation of relevant tax documentationSupporting senior accountants with client inquiries and accounting mattersEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking forA bachelor degree in Accounting or similar disciplineStrong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelSolid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
