The initial base is St Marys, with flexibility required to work across other project locations.Your WorkValidate time-and-attendance data and process hours, overtime, allowances, penalties and leave.Investigate employee queries and discrepancies with supervisors and attendance teams.Apply relevant awards and enterprise agreements and reconcile transferred payroll data.Maintain confidential records and prepare payroll checks, reports and audit evidence.Support system changes and practical improvements to payroll processes.RequirementsSkills,



Education And RequirementsProven end-to-end payroll experience and confidence handling high-volume weekly processing.Strong Kronos or comparable time-and-attendance experience.Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements and calculate hours, allowances, penalties and leave.Robust Excel, reconciliation, analytical and customer-service skills.Construction, infrastructure or large-workforce experience is highly regarded.Current driver licence, reliable vehicle and construction White Card; flexibility across project sites.BenefitsWhy Join?
