We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Executives, who will also provide student support during non-peak times.Key responsibilitiesManage the CEO's and other top executives correspondence and documentation across all CIM and its partner office locationsPrepare and forward enrolment and facilities management documents to relevant teamsGenerate and present quality marketing material and financial reports to the CEOOversee the Student Management System, including PRISMS reports and risk analysisCoordinate with business expansion initiatives in New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and AsiaProvide training and support to CIM offshore staffHandle travel, finance payments of CIM and associated companies, IT concerns, and payment processing via NAB portalsConduct audits of reports as neededSupport CIM committees by organizing meetings, preparing agendas,



and taking minutesMonitor student welfare by reviewing attendance and academic performance, providing support for at-risk students, and coordinating referralsAbout youProven experience as a Personal or Executive AssistantAbility to manage sensitive and confidential matters under pressureStrong proficiency in diary management and travel coordination across time zonesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteRelevant qualifications and/or experience in an educational setting are highly regardedHigh standard of skilled conductPermanent work rights in Australia are requiredAbout usCanterbury Institute of Management (CIM) is an accredited Institute of Higher Education with campuses in Sydney (NSW), Darwin (NT), and Melbourne (VIC).
