Reporting to the Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in leading kitchen operations, supporting your team through service, and delivering exceptional food quality in a fast-paced environment.

A few of your responsibilities
Support the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchenLead by example to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency and presentationTrain, mentor and develop Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, Cooks and ApprenticesEnsure preparation and service standards are maintained across all sectionsMaintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirementsContribute to menu execution and operational excellence during service
What we're looking for




Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environmentStrong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach to teamworkSound knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirementsTrade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalentAbility to perform confidently under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
