This is a full-time position based in our Cooma and Berridale offices.Key Responsibilities:Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of propertiesincluding:prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections and auctionsGeneration of Sales leads optimising internal resources including database and other channels as definedSupport Vendors and Purchasers to assist in the Sales to Settlement processSupport sales team with the company database, ensuring integrity of data,



communication trails for agents and executing outgoing communication including email and SMSComplete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listingopportunitiesProvide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsDetermine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit themPerform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' valuePrepare necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts,comparablesetc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislationOrganise and conduct open for inspections and private inspectionsMaintain and update listings of available propertiesRepresentBelle PropertySnowy Mountains atlocal community functions andnetworking eventsPromote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing servicesAchieve and report to management on set Key Performance IndicatorsKey RequirementsCurrent Drivers Licence and reliable vehicleKnowledge of relevant legislation2 + years sales experienceHighly organised with excellent time management skillsGoal and target drivenNegotiation, presentation and closing skillsStrong customer service focus and skillsLocal area knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skills
