It is home to some of the world's best known global and international dairy brands, including Président, Galbani and Parmalat, and local brands including Pauls, OAK, and Cracker Barrel in Australia.Lactalis-Mainland Dairy Australia operate 8 manufacturing sites producing well-loved brands including Perfect Italiano, Mainland, and Western Star.Our passionate and talented team is committed to nurturing the future, unlocking new opportunities, and fostering innovation in nutrition and food.The OpportunityReporting to the Milk Supply Services Manager, the Lead Milk Supply Service Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of milk payment services to our farmer suppliers.Based at our Richmond office, this role offers excellent career development opportunities, internal mobility pathways, flexible ways of working and a hybrid structure that provides the balance of in-office collaboration and working from home.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Milk Supply Services Manager with month-end milk pay processes, system enhancements and process improvementsActing as the escalation point for milk payment and supplier account queriesLiaising with key stakeholders across the business to ensure milk payment information is accurate and completeInvestigating and resolving supplier payment enquiries in a timely and professional mannerMaintaining supplier records and company databases relating to milk supply agreementsAssisting with the creation,



renewal and administration of milk supply agreementsSupporting reconciliation activities to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on timeIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service deliveryAbout YouYou are a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.
