You'll work directly with the Managing Director, the Head of Field and Accounts.
You'll own the admin team's output, standards, morale and KPIs.
Reports, meeting notes and dashboards are generated for you by AI tools, so your time goes to acting on them.Key responsibilitiesWork the floor: With the help of AI agents built across the entire admin process, you will manage phones, scheduling, job management and customer communicationOwn the team's KPIs.
Know the numbers daily, and act the moment something slipsSupport, coach and develop your team, and grow their skills and expertiseHold people accountable, directly and fairlyKeep morale high in a fast, high standards environmentBe the first escalation point for the team, clients, property managers and field staffMake sure processes are followed,
