Brandbank Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to support the property portfolio, including current leases, renewals and terminations, and to assist with negotiations and reporting.
This on-site role will work closely with the General Manager - Property and liaise with legal teams on documentation.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in lease administration, strong knowledge of the Australian Retail Leases Act, and advanced Excel skills.
