With a robust, consistent pipeline of major civil works, this is a genuine opportunity to join a business offering long-term stability and career progression for the right candidate.The Role We're seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor/Team Lead to take ownership of a $7 million brownfield upgrade project, with the majority of works focused on road construction.
This is a permanent, site-based leadership role reporting into the Project Manager, with a start available within 4 weeks for the right person.This role requires genuine, proven experience managing a team – leading crews from the top down, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors, not simply working within a team structure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage on-site crews, operators, labourers and subcontractors across the projectOversee delivery of road works in line with project specifications and relevant standardsCoordinate plant, materials, resources and programming to maintain productivity and progressManage day-to-day site operations including safety,



quality and environmental complianceLiaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryConduct inductions, toolbox talks, pre-starts and ongoing safety managementMonitor works against program, budget and quality requirementsAbout YouRoad works experience is essential – ideally including VicRoads/Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) exposureProven team leadership and crew management experience – you must have genuinely led a team, not just worked within oneStrong understanding of civil construction methodology, safety and compliance requirementsConfident working with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clientsRelevant tickets and qualifications for site-based civil supervisionA strong reputation and established track record within the civil construction industryWhat's On Offer$160,000 – $180,000+ (package negotiable based on experience and calibre)Permanent role on a substantial $7 million projectJoin a business with a strong, ongoing pipeline of workGenuine opportunity for a recognised industry professional to lead a significant projectStart available within 4 weeks for the right candidate.
